Conversational AI Assistant
An intuitive chat interface for research, writing, summarising, and analysis. Includes the ability to perform full-text searches of past conversations and to flag specific chats for quick access. The “Temporary Chat” mode is available for short-term, unsaved conversations. Users can conduct parallel conversations side by side to compare results.
Easy Mode and Expert Mode
Two interface modes that can be adapted to each user’s skill level. Users can switch between the two modes at any time. Easy Mode features a simplified user interface with three intuitive AI profiles—Quick, Creative, and Thoughtful—so users can focus entirely on their work. Expert Mode provides full access to the entire model catalogue, advanced configuration options, reusable presets, and shortcuts.
Knowledge pools and corporate data
Companies can upload internal documents and data sets to make them searchable and usable by the AI assistant via the “Super-Storage” companion module. Two types of pools are available. The knowledge pool (RAG) embeds documents and makes them searchable. With the database pool, users can upload structured data and interact with it using natural language. 5 GB of storage space per user is included.
AI Agents
AI agents are included with every subscription. The built-in agent marketplace provides ready-to-use specialised agents for a variety of areas, including the following:
- Recruitment: Creates job postings and HR announcements
- Payment Reminders: Create reminders for unpaid invoices
- Meeting Notes: Summarises meeting notes and minutes.
- Translations into Swiss German: Translates content between German, French, Italian, and English

A multi-model architecture enables the use of different AI models and reduces dependency on a single model or technology provider. Customer data, uploaded documents, and connected enterprise content are not used to train the AI models provided through the platform.

The PHOENIQS platform is designed for businesses and organisations with high requirements for information security, data protection, and compliance. Relevant Cloud, AI, and Managed Services are certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and are additionally audited under ISAE 3402 Type II.
