Swiss companies want to use AI productively without losing control over their data. PHOENIQS provides the AI platform and infrastructure behind the Sunrise Business AI Assistant, developed, hosted and operated in Switzerland. No data leaves the country, and customer data is not used to train the models.

Moonlight AI, QuantumBasel and the University of Basel developed AI methods for detecting rare blood cells: more robust, with five times fewer trained parameters, and ready for quantum algorithms in the future.

VINCI Energies, QuantumBasel and D-Wave tested a hybrid quantum-classical approach to designing HVAC duct networks. In this proof of concept, based on one representative building plan, the solution outperformed the existing method on all performance metrics, with 27% shorter ducts.
